Vision

Fiona Noudjénoumé supports responsible businesses, Social and Solidarity Economy (SSE) organisations, NGOs, and executives facing sensitive legal issues related to human rights, directors’ liability, and criminal risk.

Background

A graduate of Sciences Po Law School (Master’s in Economic Law – Global Governance Studies), Université Paris-Est Créteil, and Tsinghua University in Beijing (LL.M in International Arbitration and Dispute Resolution), Fiona Noudjénoumé has developed a practice firmly focused on transnational and strategic issues.

She trained at the International Criminal Court in The Hague, the International Residual Mechanism for Criminal Tribunals (Tanzania), and within leading law firms specialising in business criminal law, international criminal law, and corporate social responsibility.

Commitment

Her dual perspective – combining criminal law and governance – allows for the integration of litigation considerations into strategic decision-making from the earliest stages of a case.

Her commitment to human rights and corporate responsibility informs both her daily practice and her strategic thinking on the evolution of law in a context of environmental and societal transformation.

The Approach

YELEL AVOCAT supports responsible stakeholders at every stage of their development, from structuring their commitments and preventing risks to defending them in complex litigation.

Anticipation

Corporate responsibility (ESG – CSR – Duty of Vigilance), turning legal obligations into tools for stakeholder protection and credibility.

Growth

Impact entrepreneurship and the Social and Solidarity Economy (SSE), to secure meaningful and purpose-driven projects.

Defence

Criminal defence and strategic litigation, when commitments, activities, or business decisions are challenged.

Fees

Clarity, predictability, and high standards

In matters involving criminal risk, governance issues, and human rights, transparency in fees is essential to effective support.

Fixed-fee approach

To secure the relationship, ensure visibility, and align fees with the strategy.

Initial assessment from the first meeting

Identification of risks, understanding of issues, and initial strategic guidance.

This meeting is billed and then deducted if the matter is opened.

Secure framework

A written fee agreement governs each engagement.

Consistent excellence

Legal rigour, strategic thinking, and confidentiality in handling sensitive matters.

Clear fees for a controlled and effective strategy.
